Avoid this service! Took the day off work to arrange carpet cleaning and first they confirmed for the wrong day. Then after making sure of the date, the person never turned up. The number I was given was not answered despite multiple calls and texts. Finally got a call back after I lodged a complaint and was fed some line about a broken truck. This was more than 2 hours after he should have been there. no phone call or attempt to contact me before the complaint.
