Happy to rip off a pensioner.Charging for a simple quote!!

Really happy with the robe and ensuite Flatpacks we got from Allure. Would come back again anytime.

My husband and I received a recommendation through another local business to use Allure- however we were charged $150 for a quotation, which wasn't communicated to us initially. We felt pressured to pay $150 when it was sprung and was told this is a normal process that is implemented to avoid people taking advantage of design services. We acknowledge that argument, however our quote was for a bench top only, rather than design and therefore feel mislead. Perhaps it was a small job, but nevertheless just seemed like they didn't care. Half of the payment was returned to us after we raised our concern. Feel dissappointed.

Was happy from start to finish with my new kitchen. Very flexible on design ,customised to maximise available space from renovated house with draws ,room for a dishwasher ,dual bins and pantry cupboards. Found company competitive on price. Approached 3 other companies. One didn't turn up for appointment. Another I found although they advertised custom were very inflexible basically would have to stick to certain sizes which would of resulted in a lot of waisted space. The last company supplied the most expensive quote and never chased me up. No false promises made and timelines met. Would not hesitate in using this company again and appreciated the consistent pleasant and helpful customer service no matter what the query was.

We were very impressed with all the staff at Allure - they were so helpful and professional. They took the greatest care removing our old kitchen so we could sell it and to preserve the existing tiles, and the installation of the new kitchen was a very smooth and well organised process. We would recommend them highly.

I dealt with Allure kitchens when having some very basic work done to my grandma’s kitchen.The communication from Allure was extremely poor. In particular, half way through the project, multiple emails and phone calls (regarding the 2nd half of the project) went completely unanswered. The only way I could have Allure make contact with me was by not paying the remainder of the invoice for the first part of the project. So 2 months later they finally made contact with me by saying the invoice still needs to be paid and completely ignored my questions and comments regarding the 2nd half of the project. Super unprofessional service.When I questioned them regarding the 2nd half of the project I was told that they called and left a voice message saying that they were incapable of completing the works (installing a range hood). It is possible that a voice message was left, but highly unlikely due to the fact that I never received a voice mail on my phone and that this behaviour was in-line with the way Allure was communicating with me through-out the project.In summary from Allure I received, bad advice from the beginning, poor communication during the project and was left with an un-safe cook top for my grandma. I would recommend trying someone else first before calling Allure.

Allure built our kitchen and we love it. Quality materials and attention to detail.One star off as communication and responsiveness could be improved.We did pay for our kitchen plans but we felt this was fair enough (people should get paid for their time and effort).

Great place to get all your cabinetry needs, they installed mine and I'm very happy with it
