I had a hearing test which showed that my hearing was a little impaired but not sufficiently to require a hearing aid at this time and no pressure was put on me to buy one.I did purchase musicians' ear plugs, which fit well and are comfortable to wear, reducing the quantity of sound without distortion. The price was very reasonable and I was told I could return them if not completely satisfied.The service was friendly and helpful and I would thoroughly recomment this service

The local hearing care clinic in Mt Waverley is welcoming, convenient and accessible. Reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the audiologists are caring, professional and well trained. There's a drive-up service at the rear of the clinic and the reception area is spacious, comfortable and inviting. Alpha Hearing will take care of all of your audiology, hearing aid and hearing care needs.

I was disappointed by the service provided on my last visit to Alpha Hearing. Michael Wong was not his usual self. I thought for a long time about posting a review and then saw that Michael Wong had posted a review of his own business to increase his rating - this is contrary to the policies of Google Reviews and is a total conflict of interest. If every business owner posts a review of the business they own it defeats the whole purpose of having a customer rating system. Hopefully Michael will remove his post and abide by the rules of Google Reviews.

Great attention to details and did multiple configuration changes on my new hearing aid to ensure that it was perfectly configured for my hearing. I have been to many hearing aids places but the people at Alpha were extremely professional and interested in their profession (hearing). Good friendly support staff that were always happy to help and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I just have to tell anyone who is suffering from tinnitus and has hearing loss to go to Alpha Hearing in Mt Waverly and ask for Eugene. He has made a tremendous difference to my life. I had been to other hearing clinics, had several hearing tests and adjustments to my hearing aids, but they were all useless. Eugene is a specialist in Tinnitus and that made all the difference. My tinnitus used to be so loud, made me cranky and tired - I just couldn't cope. After 2 visits to Alpha Hearing and tips from Eugene, I hardly notice my tinnitus now - and most importantly my family says I am a much happier person. Thank you Eugene.

I took my elderly mother to see Michael Wong. He showed little regard for my mother's wishes regarding her hearing aids. He even refused to listen to her legitimate concerns. Instead, he pushed his selection of hearing aid because, I learned later, he stood to gain more money through that particular company.Michael's attitude was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. His tone was condescending and dismissive. My intervention had no effect whatsoever as he ignored my remarks as well.Greedy, seeking extra payments and showing no regard for age, gender and customer service. I would give him zero stars if Google provided me the option.
