Loretta is INCREDIBLE ! I’ve had some bad experiences with hairdressers in the past and can firmly say that Loretta is one of the best in Victoria. I always feel heard and she really takes the time to explain what she’s doing to your hair. I walk out every time absolutely LOVING my hair. 10/10 !

Fantastic service. Loretta is innovative and professional, she advises what is best for your type of hair. She listens to her clients and with new clients finds out what they have done to their hair in the past. I highly recommend Hair by LK to anyone. Friendly, expert and a real credit to her craft. The best thing Loretta did was branching out on her own and becoming successful. She has been doing my hair for over 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Believe me I'm fussy about who does my hair. Give her a try and you won't regret it

Supper happy with my experience! Also love the fact the blonde lasts so well!!Had to push back my next appointment because my blonde colour held so well That I didn’t need it to be done again as soon as we thought.I have super thick and long hair and processes super fast so it’s so hard to find a hair dresser I can trust with my hair. So glad I found Loretta who always takes care of me

I had tired, dull hair that required a complete overhaul. I had a lot of old colour that needed to be stripped out. Loretta was a godsend. She walked me through the process and what I wanted from my appointment and the future.I left with exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t be happier.

Loretta is the absolute bomb when it comes to beautiful blonde hair! I am very precious when it comes to my hair, but Loretta has done an amazing job in caring for it, cutting and colouring. I wouldn’t trust anyone else now! :)

I actually couldn't tell you how many years I've been seeing Loretta and was super stoked that she took the plunge and went out on her own.Over the years she has always listened to to what I've wanted and then walked me through the process of how to achieve it, or suggested something better. I can honestly say I've never walked out without loving my hair.Her friendly positive nature and years of experience are great but it's the head massages that make her truly AWESOME. There is simply nothing she can't do. Highly recommend!!

I have trusted Loretta with my hair for over a decade now, and seeing her branch out on her own as the confident hairdresser she is, is amazing!She always embraces whatever challenge I throw at her (level 4 brunette transforming to a level 9/10 blonde, purple, red, mushroom brown, you name it we’ve probably done it!)She listens to what I want, explains the process, and makes sure I know what to expect with my colour by the end of the appointment.Oh, and she’s got an amazing personality to go along with her skills. Highly recommend!
