Mason and her team are the BEST hairdressers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! Mason is a perfectionist ! Mason cut and coloured my hair to my exact requests, it was a drastic change done to perfection! Thank you Mason and Hair Machine team for a wonderful hairdressing appointment, well worth the trip, highly recommend!

Really bad experiences (I went there twice), I went in for my 1st appointment with adamo but got handled by another staff Amy and I don’t know why she got involved in the first place but alright. So my hair was dark brown and my root was my natural black, I asked to go blond and she quoted that would be $384 and I thought okay, expensive but it shall pay off given that the two were finalists in a L’Oréal contest. But nope, 3 hours later I ain’t happy with the result. Tbh, I was really upset right after they finished but they were closing up for the day so I was asked to see if I wanted follow up later on. So I called the next day and scheduled another visit a week later. All they did was put toner on and try to blend it out more. Well, it worked, my hair was “fixed” at the moment, until the toner is washed off soon enough. They weren’t fixing my hair, they tried to shut me up from bothering them again! Even though they told me it takes a few appointments to go blond but the patches are just inappropriate for the money I paid for so never ever am I going back in there. Be careful ladies when you try to experience a new salon!No to mention, how rough the three were from the minute they started touching my hair, just not pleasant at all.

Dear team at Hair Machine . THANK YOU!!!!! Maddi your hair styling was amazing , l felt like a celebrity walking out with the most amazing blow dry. From wash to finish the experience was fabulous. Maddi took the time to understand what style l wanted, particularly important as l was attending a wedding in Penola that weekend . Being from Melbourne l was a little anxious about how a different hairdresser would go styling my thick and curly hair. She was amazing , technique in blow drying was so professional; l was so impressed and so happy. The whole team made me very welcome . Thank you , thank you . This is the first review l have written so that l think that says it all . Fantastic experience and will definitely recommend.

The service is excellent. Wendy does my hair and she is very good, polite, gentle with my hair, and friendly and is the most intellegent person. My hair looks beautiful when she does it. The group that work there at very welcoming. The best place to do your hair isHAIR MACHINE.

I am so happy with my new hair! Amy absolutely nailed all of the different tones I wanted to move throughout my hair and the styling of my extensions & Tayla was an absolute expert in recovering a bad installation at another salon and providing me so many helpful tips in maintaining my extensions. I left feeling over the moon with my result and that they achieved my inspo pics to a T!I felt very welcomed by Fiona, Amy & Tayla as a new client & I would highly recommend.

Got my hair done here for the first time. Balayage + cut and blow dry on my very thick hair took us past closing time, yet stylist Maddi went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my hair and she finished it properly. Really happy with the colour and finishing product. Will keep coming back here for sure.
