Chemist Warehouse Buderim

Have been a customer for over 4 years.The new old duck working down the back of the store in the prescription area is totally useless.Asked for the 2 scripts that have already been dispensed. She's quite rudely told me there is 4 scripts.I took the scripts back and went else.The old duck has troubles understanding directions.Quite a shame because i liked that store.I was driving past 3 other Chemist Warehouses to get to this store. Not anymore.TOTALLY DISGUSTED.

This place is going to the dogs. The more mature lady in the checkout is so rude - muttering abuse at the way the pharmacy section had done something then throwing the Plastic Boxes down - gruffly demanding answers from me as to whose prescriptions they were. When we asked for our receipt she huffed and said as I’ve said we are not doing receipts anymore only to phone and we don’t do bags either. She grudgingly gave us a receipt.The line had approximately 12 people and they kept screeching out who is paying with cash. With only this cranky woman dealing with credit card payments.A total nightmare this place is and I think it’s time to go somewhere else as the owners obviously don’t care.

Had a bad experience though the staff was a old lady her behaviour was rude, my baby 2 and half years old was running around she was talking to her fellow staff in a sign language she needs a spank also while I was checking out she was talking to her fellow staff about my daughter, children’s are supposed be behaved like a children don’t expect them to be like an adult.

A worker here by the name of Anquelique is absolutely terrible and so rude. Most horrible customer service experience with her. She cannot be treating customers like this. Absolutely disgusting. I was blatantly ignored while asking a question and her yelling at one of the young staff members while doing so. I have been going to this chemist warehouse for a while and am always so shocked at how terribly rude she is to her fellow staff and customers.

I encountered the rudest, untidy looking large male with a beard at the prescription counter. Who laughed out loud at my problem that I needed script for and was giving out medical advice even though this creature holds no medical qualifications whatsoever and is a shop assistant .I will not return to this store, the owners/ management obviously dont care as all reviews say the same thing!

Wises road store from Jill to kia to the two ladies on the front counter THANK YOU for all your help unlike another store will always come to wises road buderim store from now on

asked to price match & the older lady on checkouts huffed & did a whole body sigh with it. Seemed like she wasnt happy about me even asking if they still do, letalone actually doing it. would much rather drive the extra 5 minutes to the either one of the other maroochydore stores

I have been taking my prescriptions to Chemist Warehouse in Buderim since they opened. I was always satisfied with the customer service. But over the past few years the pharmacists have been less than favourable. We have been prescriptions which were not correct. In addition the staff were rude and very nosy as to the reason I was asking for my medication. My GP inadvertently wrote me a scrip for painkillers a day too early on one occasion and the pharmacist called my GP and threatened to report him to Medicare.I am now using my local pharmacy for medication. I would rather pay more money than be treated rudely.
