Jens was fantastic & fixed everything so quickly. Rarely did he need to use his factory site in identifying the problem. However since he left his back room offsider has taken over the business & he lacks the abilities of Jens. He repeatedly tried to fix a bug which he simply couldn’t & even though we paid for his efforts, we felt it inappropriate to keep billing us every visit when nothing was achieved. He disagreed when we refused to pay his last account & we haven’t used him since.

Jens is a peach of a guy. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Off course when you are that good you become hard to contact sometimes. But no complaints, Jens and his team are great.

I was only two minutes in the store, they told me that my computer was out of order and they charged me 55 dollars. He didn't even take the time to take the computer apart and check it out. I was literally two minutes inside the store.
