Steve was an absolute pleasure to deal with - he is extremely professional, punctual and did an amazing job of making the jarrah floor in our 3 bedrooms look like a showroom!Thank you for everything mate, anyone looking for a great tradesman you don’t have to go any further!

The owner of Flooring magic is a complete crazy person.Please please never hire him.We hired Steve for sanding and polishing of our Rosewood timber floor at the end of our six months’ renovations. His was the last job before we move in. He booked us for the job on Friday 2nd , Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th of December 2022. He came in on Friday , 2nd and started sanding and found that the timber colour was different after sanding the first layer and went completely berserk. He refused to continue the job and took off. He has left us in complete disarray and in a helpless state as our movers are booked in and our lease is terminating in 4 days. We repeatedly requested him to complete the job he started and that we do not mind the difference in the timber colour but he was adamant and would not listen and started shouting and screaming on the top of his voice. He was acting deranged and crazy.We were shocked and everyone we spoke could not believe that a tradesman will leave his job without completing because he did not like the change in colour of the timber.Our renovations went on very smoothly and we met a lot of wonderful people in the process. Steve is an absolute crazy person please please do not hire him.

Steve came to my home and did floors in bedrooms ,halway, lounge and kitchen. Did a brilliant job and left work area spotless and free from dust.
