Dr Mark Levi

Dr Levi sat down on the floor with my child to ensure he had a positive experience in his office. Dr Levi makes room for children to be children in his office and provides a safe and caring environment. Really appreciate good customer service, simple kindness and understanding I will update this post at the end of my child’s treatment plan.

I had a terrible experience. When I was on holiday in Sydney I asked Dr Levi to smooth the edges of my two front teeth. He did this but also removed a large portion of the tooth next to one of the front teeth so it was extremely short and looked really awful. I have no idea why he did this. He also spoke to me in an extremely unpleasant way and touched my face unnecessarily during the 'treatment'.I made a formal complaint to the professional body but they said that they could not do anything as I could not prove what he had done. I had had orthodontic treatment shortly before the incident and was able to send photos of my teeth before the incident and after but this was not considered sufficient proof.

Dr.Levi has cured all personal fears of going to the dreaded Dentist! :) we have been going to see him for a few years now and always keeps all calm and comedy is on point. Very professional and service is class.Great place and staff always easy to deal with.Thanks Dr.Levi!

I highly recommend Dr Levi. I am very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. He made me feel very at ease when sitting in the chair.He distracted me and even got a laugh out of me. Reasonably priced as well. I have never been happy with any dentistry i have had done until i came here.Will Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!

I've been seeing Doctor Levi for 30 years even though I live 800ks away these days. He handles my fears and phobias with grace and ease. All his work has lasted twice as long as predicted. I'm still standing to tell the story! I even got a birthday cake being as I was, in attendance that day.

What a rude racist worst dentist ever went there for my daughter which he didn’t even looked at then he said she is too young I’m not sure if I can handle her. While he was talking me explaining things then he turns around to my niece and says can you translate this to your aunty. Plus I was explaining my concerns, problems about my daughter he stood up walked out of the room. I drove 1hour and 15 mins to see him and was in there for 15 minutes. Charged me full price. I am so angry to myself that I should have told him to sit down and listen to me. Would not recommend him to anyone trust me there are better dentists out there. It would be waste of money and time.

This was such a waste of time and money. Dr Levi talked about himself and how amazing he was for the full hour while barely glancing at our sons teeth and jaw. He was very vague about whether he could actually do anything about my sons mouth breathing. He was very condescending and called me 'mummy' instead of using my name. Weird experience and will not be going back

I have been a patient of Dr Levi since I was 3 years old. He is the most friendliest and patient dentist. I find going to the dentist a very daunting experience but when I go to see Dr Levi my nerves are settled. I live in Canada now but can't wait until I return to Sydney just to see Dr Levi. I definitely recommend him if you have children. Your kids will actually enjoy going to the dentist!
