I wouldn't take my dog to the groomers here. I was in the shop when it was quiet and saw the lady trimming a Maltese Terrier. She wasn't the worst but each time the dog moved and yelped she pulled it roughly closer to her by its chin. A fair bit of yelping and lots of squirming.Even if that dog doesn't love grooming you could still be more gentle than that.No thanks.

Paws and Palms always do such a lovely job with our dog Huxley. They are efficient and consistent with the quality and service they provide. Now Huxley won’t slip all over our tiles for a while!

Fantastic and friendly place to take your dog for a groom! Was so convenient to go to the shops whilst we waited. My dog is short hair so it more for the convenience than aesthetics.Watch out for the moving walkway from the car park if you have a big dog, and I had a pram, so it could’ve been quite a battle if mine realised what she was stepping on!

After trying many other groomers, Paws and Palms have become our regular groomer for our 2 mini schnauzers. They do a fantastic grooming job and you can see how great they are with the dogs as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend.

Dear Paws and Palms Marrickville, I took my dog Emmylou there for a groom today and am very unhappy with the results.She has been shaved too short and has a line along her head. In addition when we questioned the cut we were told the groomer had left and could not fix it and we would have to bring her back in our own time. In addition we were charged full price with no discount for the errors made to her cut. I would be grateful if you could advise what the store’s customer service policies and procedures are when a haircut is visibly uneven and done badly.I look forward to your response .Hayley

A. grade Grooming! We tried many groomers across sydney and we finally found the one! We had issues with others as they woundnt do a good job. Always a 80% job.Our dogs have been coming here for many months now. Friendly staff, clean service! Professional service. 99.99% job!1Love their work always. Took my 5 month old cavoodle in for her first haircut. Chose number 4 on the hair length board. Specifically said I didn’t want a lot cut off at all just a small trim. Came back to find her hair extremely short! Looks like they shaved her down to a 1!Wouldn’t go back. Petbarn groomers is better.

WARNING! Be VERY clear what style you want.We took our Belgian Shepard in for a 'full groom' and light trim and they SHAVED HIM!My poor dog has been mutilated. We asked for a 1cm trim and they left 1cm of hair instead. The manager did give full refund however any pet owner can understand the emotion this has put us through and we will never come back.Response to the owners comment-Read carefully... I did ask my partner and confirmed her instructions were clear, that she wanted to trim 1cm off. She did not request for a summer clipping. Go back and watch your CCTV.Secondly, to say the whole body was matted" is a absolute lie from you and the groomer. Check the hair clippings. Look at the first photo. The only matted areas were under his collar and his back legs from sitting. Don't disproportionate facts.Importantly
