Agree with other reviews about the butcher side. They have zero customer service compared to other asian butchers. I dislike all butchers and fish shops that hurry you along. Not everyone knows exactly what they want to get when they walk in. Lots to process whilst working out a menu for the day/week.

One of the more larger KFL stores definately enjoyed the larger variety of items, large freezer section that runs all around the entire store and the butchers being inside the same facility is also great , unlike the Doncaster branch which feels like half the size.Also plenty of parking no need for frustrating waits for spots or the need to park at MacDonald's.Also much more organised and tidier at this branch as well.

One of my favourite Chinese groceries store. conveniently located in the corner of Springvale and Canterbury rd. Not too busy and plenty of parking. Quite a variety of selection to choose from.Very helpful staff that help my mom looking for what she is after.

Awesome place, good and large selection, produce is fresh and cheap, friendly staff and fast checkout when busy.Only problem is the carpark has a terrible layout

The price of goods are reasonable but not as well stocked up as other Asian supermarket but still a pleasant place to shop..lots of carpark.

Check your receipt!I used to do grocery shopping at this store since it has kinds of products and it's really convenient to people who need to buy a lot of things.But this time they charged me for an item which i didn't get. I don't wanna believe they do it on purpose as a famous Asian supermarket brand, but I'm curious abt how they scan it without the item!??? This is not the right way to make money...Besides, the cashier dropped the drink and the lid missed. I found it when i came back home. This situation should inform the customer and change in time, rather than as if nothing happened

Like all KFL stores, the stocks are in plenty and very quick check out. Staff are helpful, too. A few asian grocery and goods you can't find anyways, you will find it in KFL stores
