Physio Works

I went to this place with a stiff neck as my wife and daughter went there a little while ago. After the session, the improvement was only 5 degrees but still in pain. The physio person said that was a great improvement. On this session and the following, they didn't address the pain. They put the electrode things for about 10min but again nothing to do with the pain. I had to google ways to address the pain myself. Very disappointed and would not go back. Moto seamed like a nice person and helped a bit.

I had fairly constant elbow pain for a few months before going to Physio Works. They identified the issue and with a couple of sessions greatly reduced the discomfort which was a great relief. After another few sessions the elbow is now fully recovered. I wish I’d gone in to see John and the team earlier.

A few weeks ago I woke up and couldn't turn my neck. I was attending a friend's wedding in 5 days time so i really wanted it fixed quickly. I saw one of the physios on the first day who wriggled the joints around and got it 50% better. I saw another physio on the 2nd day who was just as good, and by the end of the session in which he also did some massage to the muscles it was almost moving fully. (Funnily enough his name was almost the same as mine - Alex Wight, not Alex Wright!) . I only needed one more session on the Friday to have it feeling absolutely 100%. I was very impressed by the whole set up - them rooms, the parking, the pricing (MBP had no gap) and the service from the reception staff. I will recommend you to my nearest and dearest - in fact I already have.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mansfield PhysioWorks. I have been there for three different problems in the last two years, and each time they have been thoroughly professional and very helpful. Their physios take their time, and look at your injury properly. The girl behind the desk is lovely too. They get all the simple things right - plenty of parking, no rushing, the physios explain things very well. Even better, I've had good results. Even my doctor was surprised last time by my recovery. 5 stars.

I would recommend Mansfield PhysioWorks to anyone. I went in there in agony a few weeks ago, and I could barely walk with a sore back. They not only helped me to keep going, but gave me the confidence that I would get over this - something even my doctor was doubting at the time. They did all the little things right - they listened, gave me a diagnosis, explained the problem and how they were going to fix it. They did some pushing treatment on my back, and also some other tingling electrodes to help it settle down. After that they gradually worked up my exercises and gave me stretches, and two weeks later I was brilliant. I just wish I'd gone 6 weeks earlier. The girl behind the desk was very nice too - she even helped me out to the car on the first day when I couldn't walk very well.
