Mayday Escape Rooms

Visited with a small group over a weekend. We had a great time solving the rooms. Owners a super friendly guy and happy to have a chat. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Beechworth

The best! My partner and I did both rooms and had an absolute blast. The storylines are fun, the rooms look great and the puzzles and clues are really well done. The staff are awesome and great to chat to. Definitely going back for more!

Wonderful happy and helpful team who really set your adventure up perfectly. We have never been to an escape room before, so we were novices but we eventually managed to find the correct name of the murderer ( with a little help!). Love the detail they go into and the really cool gadgets you have to learn how to open in order to reveal the next clue! Just a wonderful experience. Thanks guys you were amazing!

Wow! An incredibly well designed, cohesive escape room with great mechanics and a properly thought out storyline. I would recommend to anyone as it’s approachable yet not easy. Thanks to Jespah for being a wonderful host!

Fantastic! First of all, the room we did was literally in the old asylum, in the pharmacy, so five stars already for the atmosphere. The puzzles were well thought out, respectful of the history of the place and just a lot of fun to do.Tim and ‘The Matron’ were awesome - great customer service and just really lovely to talk to. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

This is a MUST do in beechworth! It was BRILLIANT!!! ♡ 10/10My husband and I absolutely loved the rooms!! We also did the buried alive experience which was so great too! We did the murder mystery one first and we were so impressed we called up that same day to book in to the other room, we had so much fun! the staff were fabulous!! A huge thank you to Tim & Jespah they were absolutely amazing definitely coming back with the kids! We cannot wait for the new room to open :)Thank you guys!!!!

Highly recommend! Fun & challenging rooms with great staff!So much fun!! We did Room 745 and thoroughly enjoyed it! Lots of great puzzles and challenges. The staff were beyond fantastic and made the experience so enjoyable from the beginning right through to the end.We will definitely be back to do The Pharmacy and any upcoming rooms :).

Went along with the whole family, we did the pharmacy. It was plenty of fun whilst still being really challenging. Staff were wonderful and passionate. The location is memorable.

I love escape rooms and this one really stands out as one of the best. The rooms are historically researched so that the puzzles have a sense of accuracy. The location is amazing - being in the old asylum really adds an air of creepiness. The puzzles really make you think and take full advantage of the environment and history, but they are also solvable. I would strongly recommend working with a team to complete them in the time frame though. The staff are the final part that makes this escape room superior to others. They are so friendly. They clearly adore their jobs and are thrilled to discuss the love and care that they put into the rooms to make them what they are. They are so creative - I can't wait to go back and try the new rooms when they open. Oh, and there are also great board games available for sale for those of you who are in Beechworth and need something to do (after you have tried an escape room of course!).

I had never done an escape room before, and I didn't think it would be my thing.. how wrong I was. We did the pharmacy room as a group of 5 and it was just so much fun! The building used is the original Pharmacy of the asylum which adds an element of spookiness. The staff are awesome too. Can't stop telling people about it :)
