I waited 15 minutes for my food and waited another 15 for a coffee that didn't come before I had to leave for a bus, food was alright but I keep getting lukewarm coffees when I visit this fastfood restaurant"

Regular entrance is good service but station entrance is neglected completely. I once waited 45 minutes for my food and the staff just looked at me, left my meal in the regular area and didn't bother to check if it was mine. Several people were there after me and left within 15 minutes

Waited 25 min for a single burger only got told impatiently by this manager-looking male to *listen more carefully for the number call out*. Thanks man fyi I have been standing right next to the counter and not being deaf.. 100% sure that it was an order you missed but thanks for being so condescending on the mistake you guys made

Skipped over my order, manager helped me as soon as i asked, but a worker just stuffed big mac sauce in the mcnuggets box. Robbed me of $6.

AS GOOD (OR BAD) AS ALL OTHER MACCA OUTLETSThis one is tucked away at the rear of the Box Hill Central food court (next to train station entry).Lots of other (healthier) options available in the food court and nearby but this is fairly quick. A few seats if dining in.

Average McDonald’s, but more chaotic.Staff there have a big communication issue. There were over 20 drinks on the counter that hasn’t been taken yet, and staff are yelling at each other.Apparently the manager has asked a worker for something multiple times, but still hasn’t came. A lot of yelling.Orders take an eternity to be completed, extremely slow. The tables are always piled with rubbish, with no one bothering to clean them.Once I had to wait for a frozen coke for 20 minutes, making me miss 3 trains.If you’re in a rush, don’t bother coming here.

This here McDonalds has been a life saver. As a day to day office worker there has been nothing more convenient than a humbly hidden McDonalds tucked away in a corner of a box hill. It’s given me the means to feed my family of 9 when finance has tough.Oz is a great worker, who consistently gives an approachable service, understands when conversation is right and wrong.I will be returning with my army of a family, in seek of great grub and territory.

I waited for 15mins to get my coffee because the staff gave my coffee to other customer. No apologies or nothing. They need to get trained more efficiently! The coffee costs $4.65 which is not cheap either compared to other cafe’s. Seriously they need more training for making coffees and better customer services!

been here a lot, idk from when every time I come I get food with disgusting oil and sauces on the hamburger box and the drink… people touching this touching that then touch your food… imagine your chips being packed together with those… and they seem never cared, I really hope if they something about food hygiene… it is about human health… omg
