The Park Mermaid Beach

The Park Mermaid Beach is such an incredible place to be. We absolutely loved our appartment on level 7. Amazing views, bright and open and always well maintained. Doug, The Parks manager is fantastic, always kind, friendly and very helpful.

We absolutely love our new home :). We moved in 2 weeks ago and we have felt so welcomed by the residents there aswell. Doug the building manager is a champ. So friendly and gets things done quick if you have any issues.

Great place to live and a fantastic building with clean hallways, lift, parking, pool and specially even the stair ways too. Since the new manager has been changed we have seen the building being more and more worth the rent we pay. The best place if you love to live in a clean and better environment.

The Park Mermaid Beach is an excellent residential building in central Mermaid. It is close to amenities, shops and the beach! The building is new and in great condition, with amazing views out across the ocean. The building management are accommodating and helpful. I can thoroughly recommend.

I'm an owner of a unit at The Park. This review more relates to the onsite building manager Doug Salter. He is fantastic. One of the most approachable, proactive & helpful managers I've dealt with. In all my dealings with him we have never been disappointed. Whether it's arranging inspections, repairs, tradesman or negotiating lease renewal, Doug has always surpassed expectations.

Convenient and a great place to live. Doug Salter, the building manager is such a positive and friendly guy, always proactive & willing to help.

As a retired couple we are really enjoying living here.It is very close to the beach, being just 5 minutes’ walk away. It is very convenient, with public transport almost outside the front door, and a Post Office, local shops, Pacific Fair, Casino, and Broadbeach shops just a stone’s throw away. The building overlooks the Mermaid Beach Bowling Club and a park with BBQ and play facilities. So it is unlikely that the sweeping vistas the building enjoys will be built out.Facilities include easy access off-road secure parking, and a glorious rooftop pool and BBQ area with 360 degree uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast. The building is very well maintained.Although the building and its environment are great for retirees like us, it is also very conducive for long stay families and professionals.We will be very happy to spend the rest of our retirement at “The Park”!

Love living here!Management is lovely and quick to respond to any issues.Roof top pool and about 500m walk to the beach, what more could you want?Spacious apartments and pet friendly! Not to mention everyone here is super friendly:-)

It’s a very nice place to live in, close to all amenities, good kindies and schools. Doug, our building manager, looks after the building very well. He always make sure everything is clean and tidy, couldnt recommend a better building manager than Doug!
