FT Traveller, contact made well in advance to have small item made, quote given and accepted. Attended in pers after appt made, attended, owner not present. Wont return emails and calls, piss poor customer service. Due to this I wont recommend took my buiseness elsewhere.

Scott and the team always do a great job. I come up with a concept and they use their vast experience to come up with a final design and deliver and great job every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Broke the zip slider on my roof tent cover. Within 10 minutes Jack had replaced and fixed it. Great job.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would.I contacted the Albury Canvas Co in advance and booked in my camper trailer to have the canvas replaced.On arrival they had forgotten we were coming and so had no materials ready. They said it would take up to 4 weeks to complete.After waiting for 6 weeks with zero communication from the business, I contacted them to find that they hadn't even started.Thanks to their absolutely awful service we will be unable to use our camper trailer this holidays.Definitely look elsewhere for your needs.
