From the time I called Boiling Point to the service man coming to repair our coffee mechine. I received excellence in customer service. I would not hestate at all to recommend this company to others.

Quality of service has dramatically deteriorated since Sam left. The technician from Boiling Point failed to recognise a number of issues that I was having with my machine. After months of persistent problems I called a service man from another company. He managed to fix the problems and also discovered that the boiling point technician had failed to screw on the back of my La Marzocco machine and some of the screws and parts at the back of the machine were missing.To make matters worse after the service man from boiling point l billed me for the wrong part which cost several hundred dollars more. Fortunately I discovered this on the account and called the company which did rectify the account. However it should not have occurred in the first place.

Love these guys. So easy to get my machine serviced and fixed at home without needing to pack it all up and then haul it off to a service centre.
