Well this is my first time in . So far it's been great. It's not that I don't have a washing machine it's too small for my bed underlay washing and drying great job.

I reached out to the owner via email after a bad experience with one of the machines left my doona with a smell after washing. I was instantly offered a refund above what I had paid to also cover the cost of re-washing, which was deposited into my account straight away.Very impressed with the level customer service. Would highly recommend this business.

No coin change machine so had to go to near by shops and buy stuff. Also put $5 in dryer 1 didn't know it wasn't working nothing telling it's out of order how ever the owner/manager did offer a refund and did apologise

Not open when I arrived at 8.30am although they advertise as being open from 5am 7 days per week. Massive waste of my time! Will not be using it again.
