Cam and his team were absolutely brilliant, enjoyed working with him so much. He focuses on strength building and form and you can see how much passion he has for his work (and how much he knows... His anatomy knowledge is almost intimidating haha). Definitely would recommend working with him for any PT needs.

Starting a fitness journey can be intimidating, especially if you're new to the gym and unsure of where to begin. That's why I decided to work with Cam from Elite Strength and it was the best decision I made for myself. With his knowledge, support, and guidance, I was able to achieve my fitness goals in a relatively short period of time and gained the confidence to train on my own. Can't recommend them enough!

I’ve had a great experience receiving in person training with Elite Strength as well as programs created specifically for myself and my goals. I came to the gym as a complete beginner and now feel comfortable enough using the equipment without assistance. Highly recommend!

Elite Strength are full of top tier smart people that run some very professional programs. I had no clue what I was doing when I first started going to gym but they changed that helped me get into a rhythm and started to build me up and make me feel comfortable being in the environment. 10/10 would recommend

some of the best people you’ll ever meet! they’re passionate, thoughtful, knowledgeable, goal-oriented and give off really good energy during sessions. they’re so easy to talk to, they cater to my goals and i can’t say anything negative. highly recommend!
