MSY Technology! Even though most of their stores have shut down, I was impressed to see that this particular store was still up and running. I was greeted by a Chinese man who showed me the utmost respect and care as a customer, which I appreciated.I was in the market for a Ryzen 5 5800x, and I was able to purchase it at a reasonable price from MSY Technology. I was pleased with the competitive pricing, and it was great value for my money.Overall, I am very happy with the service I received from MSY Technology. It's reassuring to know that there are businesses out there that genuinely care about their customers and provide high-quality products and services. Thank you for the great experience, and I hope MSY Technology continues to excel in their services in the future!

I bought external hard drives, and recently ssds. All good stock, comes with Australian warranty. Best part, they always the prices slightly lesser (at least a dollar less) than other stores

The physical store is ok. Nothing to rave about, it's a service desk basically. You're much better off browsing the online catalogue and purchasing from msy there.

Friendly service and advice nowadays as compared to a few years ago.Wish they had a service to upgrade computers rather than just sell parts.

No wonder these stores keep closing down. Came in and was going to drop a couple grand on switches. Older guy (owner?) turned me away and didn't want my business

No stock and customer service is irrelevant.MSY Pascoe Vale have no stock in most cases and no ETAs of stock even after weeks. They refuse to provide any inter store transfers to assist the customer even if stores in the same State have the item stocked. If no stores in the State have stock, for an exorbitant standard delivery fee of $14, the item is miraculously available.Go to CPL stores (inc online) who have stock of the same item for virtually the same price and if it is out of stock, a store transfer can be completed in 2 - 3 business days or if you prefer you can pay the standard $5.00 delivery fee. MSY can't do any of this and charge a standard $14.00 fee.MSY can learn from CPL regarding what actual customer service is and what customers expect. CPL is now my default store and MSY is off my list because they are not interested and do not listen to their customers.

Competitive price, great customer service, very professional and frindly. Price for click and collect was cheaper than buying in store. They encourage customers to order online. Highly recommend
