I would consider myself a regular and have spent thousands in store, but unfortunately I've had more bad than good experiences. It's priced like the only hardware store in the area, the staff are not knowledgeable (that is when you can find one), there is no discount for floor stock and don't even try to quickly grab something around closing time. It feels like they have no interest in looking after the customer.

Very well kept and appointed store. Yard, trade location was quite busy: reasonable for a morning visit. Staff friendly and I found them to be helpful.

The gardening department is very good! Make sure to ask for Kyle, he really knows his stuff! Very helpful!

Great hardware store. It’s got a good range of hardware products but also has home electronics, gifts, and homewares. It is the place to go if you need something, they’ve probably got it.

Broke general consumer law and wouldn't let me return a item reporting to the accc,very rude manager and other lady :/

The staff there were incredibly rude and ignorant of me. I asked for help multiple times and was each time redirected to an imaginary worker, when I came to check out my over-priced lemon tree a worker by the name of Tom rushed past me causing me to drop the pot the lemon tree was in and it cracked on the floor. Even though this was Tom's fault I still had to pay for the pot and tree as well as help clean up which was extremely difficult on my old legs and sore back.Absolutely do NOT recommend.

Over the years spent a lot of money in this store, (it would be close to $500,000) because of the blatant, aggressive and relentless discrimination polices they continue to illegally pursue against various members in our community, I have taken my business elsewhere. I have had many members of the community approach me and tell me they felt threatened, intimidated and bullied. Some of these individuals have valid disabilities that require acknowledgment and compassion. Under no circumstances should they be verbally, physically or psychologically threatening members of our community, at any time. Considering the gravity, the seriousness and the ongoing nature, I think it has now escalated to the point where action must be taken. I am one of many businesses and community members who will not tolerate this behaviour.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Just wish stocktaking was takenore seriously. Often short of items. Lovely garden section. Good homewares. Can order in items for later delivery.

It's worth a wander through the shop because there's more here than you first expect. Tools and hardware (of course), but also appliances, 4wd accessories, camping equipment, homewares, electronics, and more!
