Had the Sunrain Solar Hot Water system installed on a new property in Nov 2015. Builders choice. After 3yrs, 2 of the panels were faulty and leaked. Had to fight for replacements. 2.5yrs on and had the same issue. Steven has suggested the issue is with the water quality, not the panel quality???? Water is supplied by Tweed Shire Council and is the same water the whole area is supplied. Nothing I have encountered with other water quality would suggest the water is substandard. Then he said warranty was only 5yrs, despite online warranty showing 10yrs. Steven Said warranty has changed since purchased. Be careful when purchasing as the quality and warranty services my not be as you assume on purchase.

Nicola is a fantastic lady in the office to deal with and Steve Webber has good insight into solar heating and technology together they’re great team and their systems have been proven to be the best bang for buck solar hot water systems on the market
