Bought phone, everything seemed fine, bough case for phone from them same day. Phone fell out of said case same day I bought it. Screen repair was quoted at nearly same price as new phone, warranties are useless. Not even an offer for repair options were given because phone was limited edition" didn't even get whole package(charging cords that were asked for multiple times). Waste of time and money. Never will go back never will recommend."

These guys will sell you a phone with a reduced warranty of one month within the paperwork. The phone will not work after 2 months.The refurbished product is likely held together with inferior products resulting reduced ip rating lower then oem which lets even the slightest moisture in.Disappointing and cannot be trusted.

Good value for money and helpful when I bought. I checked the note pen when I got home and saw it was glued back together. Not a big deal, still worked and I just went back to them to ask if they could replace, (didn't mind if they said no, I bought in the used condition) what did bother me however was they tried to tell me it was just the matte coating peeling, not glued back together..... you be the judge.

Bought a second hand Iphone XR from the shop for a very reasonable price. beautiful phone , almost new quality and excellent service from the boys. Highly recommend them.
