I have given this place so many chances. You will get zero return for loyalty with these lazy arrogant staff.There was a guy called Grant that used to work here, and it was exceptional. They have lost me for good now. The last straw was when the salesman didn't know what a concrete saw blade was. Or what framing nails were.

Terrible customer service.Purchased a Line trimmer, returned home and opened the box.No Line trimmer.Contacted the store and advised the purchase was on display.Returned to store and not even an apology..Appreciate mistakes do happen but not even an acknowledgement of their error.Headed down the road to Total Tools..Now they have customer service skills.!

Iv been waiting about 6 months for them to fix my air compressor under warranty or refund me my money so i can purchase another one.I dont want to purchase another one incase they try give me the old one back….No one ever calls back!Horrible place to buy from, i wont shop there anymore.What good is a warranty if they dont replace or refund?

Huge fan of the team at Sydney tools at West Gosford, On every occasion the team are friendly and helpful. I’ve made multiple purchases through Gary, he goes above and beyond in order to ensure I had the right tool in time for every project. Most recently I needed an Milwaukee sdsmax hammer drill at short notice and he got it to me in time for the job.
