High quality work, performed on-time and as quoted. Would highly recommend them for landscaping services. Very pleased with the end result. The employees were all easy to deal with and listened to what we required out of the job.

Spent an hour with an estimator discussing the requirements of the job on site, received an automated email the next day which said the quote would be provided within 7-10 days. Six weeks later I called the office to ask about the quote, a staff member promised the estimator would get back to me early the following week. Another week went by and I called again to no avail. I received an email a few days later asking whether I still wanted a quote to which I replied yes, and was told the quote would be sent before the end of the week. That was about 3 weeks ago and I've received nothing. I will never use this company - disappointing and unprofessional all round. If you're unable to provide a service then communicate that upfront.

Paul's team did a wonderful job on my long sleeper wall which had to be demolished and built from scratch. All went according to plan - no hold-ups and no excuses. The team were always on time and put in an amazing effort to keep to the deadline. Excellent communication and work ethic displayed throughout.

I came across Whole Yard Services through a flyer and got in touch for some landscaping work. Paul was solicitous on our first meeting, listening carefully to our requirements and offering very helpful suggestions including possible sequencing of works. Once the scope of works and cost was agreed, the works were scheduled promptly and the team was onsite on time and completed the works in a timely fashion with no fuss. We are very happy with the fantastic work done by the team and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking friendly, reliable and professional landscaping specialists.

We have used Whole Yard Services several times now, for several garden clean ups and for a small paving project. They have always been incredibly professional to deal with, and the quality of work has been exceptional. Most recently we needed a significant garden clean up, and they went over and above with ensuring everything was finished incredibly neatly, and they were so thoughtful with making sure we could more easily maintain certain challenging areas. I would not hesitate in using Whole Yards for future projects.

Sent online quote request and no one phoned back. Had to chase up and arranged a quotation time for 8am today with Justin. No one has turned up and contact person has switched off their phone. Left a message to confirm what happened and no phone call back. If you didn't want to to do the quote it is simple courtesy to communicate this to the client. Not just be a no show and complete waste of time. Don't bother dealing with this company :(((((((((((((((

Nick and Zac did a great job. However I found the overall costs to be way above average for ongoing garden maintenance . Olivia has been kind and helpful. Overall I am very disappointed with the management.

HiI posted an online enquiry for a quote Friday 20 September. Received a text from Jake on Monday 23 September asking if I still required a quote, I replied immediately saying yes & he replied asking for my address & time.I replied saying days & times, Jake agreed to Tuesday 24 September 430pm & it’s now 6:35pm & no Jake to quote!A curtesy text or call to say you can’t turn up isn’t too hard ?First impressions count.Thanks anyway.

Whole Yard Services assisted me to tidy up a rental property in preparation for sale. Paul and his team acted promptly to make it 'sale ready' in a couple of days, and it looked amazing. Highly recommended.
