The Human Mechanics provides a stimulating workout environment which has something for everyone, from beginners all the way up to elite athletes. The staff are extremely helpful and the classes that they run are second to none in Bendigo.I love coming to training here!

If you're looking for a gym that has supportive staff and everything you need then I couldn't recommend The Human Mechanics enough. The group fitness classes are just what you need to get in your 45mins of exercise a day! So much space and lots of equipment :)

The people here are my most favourite part. The staff are super helpful and accommodating and always willing to answer questions and correct technique. The members are friendly and motivational and most are happy to answer your questions or catch up for a chin wag.
