Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden
We spent the morning here on the way out of Dubbo and enjoyed the peace and beauty of the Gardens especially the Japanese Shoyoen Garden. A lovely space to stroll or relax. Some nice areas to sit and enjoy. Definitely worth a look.

Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden
Fantastic to bring kids to the playground. They've taken great care to maintain the various Japanese, Korean and Chinese plants and trees. Beautiful tranquil water features. The strawberry wall was a great find.

Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden
Beautiful free attraction. Really well looked after with so many aspects of the gardens to look at. Very easy to walk around even with someone elderly with a walker. We visited in April but could easily see the hard work getting ready for spring. A wide range of bird life and a huge parking area. There are public bathrooms in the wonderful park located right next to the gardens.

Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden
It is a lovely serene place. I dashed around with an umbrella, leaping over puddles while admiring the Japanese section.One day I hope to go back when the sun is shining. The plants were happy in the rain !

Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden
A small piece of paradise found in Dubbo, free to visit and wander around.There's some nice benches you can sit and soak in the sun or people watch and have lunch.Doesn't take you long to walk around the entire garden so there's no need to rush through.Plenty of parking outside the entrance so it's really convenient if you are driving by for a pitstop.Worth a visit if you are in town.

Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden
Delightful little gardens, including a Japanese garden, and a biodiverse section which is pretty interesting. It is very relaxing wandering about and there are some benches to sit and reflect. Good fish in the ponds too. Well worth a visit. Also the adventure playground is next door for the kids to cut loose.

Dubbo Regional Botanic Garden
What are tranquil garden and a pleasure to wander around.The paths are well laid out and take you on a journey around the park so you can see the beauty of the gardens, displays and ponds.We spoke to Janine about the work here and commended her on how well presented, maintained and tidy the garden is.There were a lot of people wandering around while we were there and more arriving as we left. A popular place.Well done.
