A fabulous place to stay- warm n cosy, spotlessly clean, large room, quiet and lovely owner. Doesn’t get any better. They even tidied our room n remade our bed after the first night. Thanks Peter.

What a nice place to stay. Nice host and hostess, very friendly staff. Clean rooms, good facilities to do some cooking. Beds very comfortabele.

Have been staying here 2-3 times a year for over 10 years. It is always very clean, large rooms, well maintained and the staff make you welcome.

Highly recommend! Wonderful service, large open rooms & excellent clean facilities. We were at a horse show & it was quite late when we arrived, so the owner turned our heaters on. It was so nice to walk into a warm room after being out in the freezing cold!

Stayed one night (5th Jan. 2020)The room was very clean and tidy. Peter (host) was very helpful and even chauffeured us to a local hotel where he said you’ll get a good meal at a very reasonable price. (He was spot on with this information). I would stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this motel.

Nice big rooms and a comfy bed. Very clean. AC fan motor a bit noisy about the only thing i can fault. Was also pretty quiet. Could benefit from an easy online booking system to save ringing.

We stopped and stayed one night on the way of our road trip.Motel is very clean , staff is friendly and helpful.Location is convenient and price is affordable.The room is big and very comfortable and clean which out of my expectation.Strongly recommend to travellers if you need to stay overnight in Cootamundra.

During our stay we where greeted with nothing but abuse and hostility. The owners/managers have literally no idea on how to run their establishment, it almost felt as if we where staying in a jail. The manager Peter follows the guests around he will walk into your room telling you to make sure you close your door and to not dirty his towels. They will do anything to have the guest leave so they can keep the payment.The police even have advised them that they cannot treat their guests this way as guests have rights also.The local people even advised us that this establishment is the worst in Cootamundra to stay at, we will never stay there again no matter what.The Southern Comfort motor in isn’t comfortable at all, racist, abusive and definitely doesn’t treat their customers well.
