I've been training at this gym for 2 years which is a great environment and support to it's members.Having coaches that really know their stuff, as well as having a nutrition specialist and physio in the building is very beneficial.Would recommend.

Great staff, facilities and equipment. The gym has some great coaches working there whilst it also provides a platform for new coaches looking to get into the fitness industry. Michael provides great fitness services and is very polite and also puts his customers first. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend SEFS, i had no idea what i was doing when i started, but my trainer (Michael) made it fun and helped me relax in the gym, now I’m confident and seeing results! Its a child friendly environment which makes it easy for my partner to come and workout as well. 10/10 for fun, laughs and results!

I’ve been training with SEFS since 2016. Michael and Jess and all the other staff there are fantastic. It is such a friendly place, they are so accommodating by allowing my 3 year old to come with me so I can still train. They work so hard to push you to achieve your goals, and they really care. Highly recommend.

Amazing facilities, highly recommend new assets in the recovery boots as well as the sauna. Both perfect for recovery and just altogether a great gym with even better staff.
