Montana Lodge

I have used Montana Lodge 3-4 times now, and Jill is lovely to deal with and takes very good care of our French Bulldog Deidre. She takes photos for us and provides home cooked meals for our dog. I feel very comfortable leaving our dog with her as I know she is going to look after her. The facilities are lovely and very clean.I highly recommend Montana Lodge.

We had our two cavoodles stay with Jill for a week. This was the first time they have ever boarded, so I was thankful that they came home as happy as ever. Jill was lovely and sent a photo update half way through, including a picture of their home cooked meal. On pick up she sent us home with treats and dinner for both the dogs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place. Jill is such a friendly and incredibly warm person who always puts the welfare of the animals first. No effort is too great for her. She makes fresh rissols for the dogs every morning and even bakes muffins sometimes that you get as a little snack for your dog when you pick him up. You can tell that there is a lot of passion in this place. Just Brilliant

Thanks Jill for looking after our two cats for 2 weeks. It was their first time staying at Montana Lodge - I can tell they were well looked after because when I got them home and let them out of their cages they just sauntered out in a calm way. For me that's a big sign that they were not feeling stressed. I would definitely recommend Montana Lodge

My 10 yr old poodle Beauregard has stayed with Jill at Montana Lodge 3 times now over the past 18 months. He's a fussy old man, but every time I take him there he is genuinely happy to be there. Jill sent us photos of him there and even the home cooked meals he gets - he eats better than we have lol. He is always happy, clean and smells lovely when we pick him up. You can tell when someone is really passionate about what they do, and that's how I see Jill. Beau stays in an inside enclosure that is a good size, and I know he is safe and comfy when I am away. The longest we have had him stay at Montana Lodge has been just over a week, and he has always been happy and healthy when we've picked him up. Really happy to recommend Montana Lodge as a quality service provider.

We have left our 10 year old baby Sammy with Jill so many times in the past five years and recently for 3 months when we had to go overseas for en emergency. This is the only place from where Sammy returns happy and content. Jill makes sure she keeps Sammy happy by giving him plenty of exercise and keeping him clean at all times. She sends us his pics whenever we request to keep our minds at ease though she has to run behind him to get a good pic :) We really appreciate all your efforts Jill and your place is really a haven for Sammy. We left our two cats (Poppie & Frankie) for just over 2 weeks at Montana Lodge for the first time recently. Despite initial concerns about leaving them there for the first time we were very happy with the care that they received. It was obvious that they had been well cared for and happy & comfortable there. So much so that they were reluctant to come home with us! Jill was very reassuring and is very caring of her guests. Left my elderly dog there apprehensively due to it not having much of an appetite. Pleasantly surprised when I returned to pick him up that he put on some weight as he apparently really loved the cooking there. Was really well taken care of.

I dropped my Furbaby at Montana over the Christmas Break. I was nervous as the previous Cattery while it was good my Furbaby Cleo came home and took forever to adjust. However when I picked up Cleo from Montana she was relaxed and took no time to adjust being back home. She was so much calmer and more herself. I can not recommend Montana Lodge high enough. Will defiantly be re booking for Christmas. Thanks you Jill

We recently left our bulldog here for 10 days whilst we were away. Even though she destroyed her comfy mattress supplied to her she is welcome back anytime. Jill looked after her so well she seemed reluctant to leave the home cook meals even though she is completely spoiled at home. Recommend highly.
