We engaged Sylvan Funerals when my sister Maria passed recently.From the initial call and picking up my sister from her home, to organising everything with us and then conducting her service, everyone was not only professional but gentle and caring as well. We just had a funeral service for my mum on Friday, and it was so wonderful. We were running behind on time as we had people coming from lots of places, and they were very understanding. We never felt rushed into starting the service because of the time frame. The ladies that were completing my mums service were absolute angels by talking to my mum, fixing the fixtures and flowers on her coffin, making sure she looked beautiful (which she did).Such a beautiful planned out day, thank you Sylvan’s!

Arranging a funeral is so confronting, so many emotions and much confusion. The staff at Sylvan Funerals were at all times kind and caring , they explained everything so clearly and with so much patience and understanding. They made a difficult time bearable. Gaylene conducted Dad's service and it was beautiful. She had listened to our stories of Dad's life and wove that knowledge into the service with ease and beauty. Raymond picked my beautiful husband up from home at 2 am.. he did everything gently and respectfully… Rebecca helped to plan my husbands farewell and was so sensitive and sincere… beautiful people… beautiful service but most of all these people are the most genuine, caring and respectful people in every way… they made my husbands send off run smoothly and I cannot thank them enough for taking everything on so my family and I could just grieve… thankyou guys from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Rebekah and Jannene looked after us in planning our Dads funeral. After the funeral my sisters and I chatted with mum and we all agreed how beautiful they were. My father recently past away, I contacted several Funeral Companies for quotes and comparisons. Gaylene from Sylvan Funerals was the most compassionate of all by far, her customer service was wonderful, something my family really needed at this time. We were also impressed with the overall pricing of the full service and everything they done for us. Their family business was understanding of our large family needs. On the day Gaylene and Rebekah once again overseen and looked after our ever needs.
