If anyone need a transport service please DO NOT USE this company. They charged you a fortune. They charge me $600 for 3 pallets from Mel to Sydney and took cash only. When I requested for a proper receipt for tax purpose the reception just yelled at me and said How could I explain to you when you pay cash and no receipt for CHEAP TRANSPORT?" Yeah

These people are really bunch of crooks. They gave me a quote on the phone for a pallette to Sydney and asked if i pay in cash. Then they fetched the pallete and take the cash. Then they send me an email saying they cant accept cash and the price is double of what they told me initially and if i dont accept i have to fetch the pallette from their depot myself. They do the delivery finally after 1 week from scheduled date and treated my customer very unprofessionally. It seems from top to TOE they are all ignorant people with no respect to their job and customers. Never work with these people if you need timely and professional service.
