Nice tiles and good selection. Purchased some very nice tiles here at a good price. I however find it odd that you have to pay some delivery fee if you order after Tuesday though.

After sales service is exceptional with staff going the extra mile to get you sorted. Good quality products by a good quality business!

What a pleasure working with CTM. Vic is very helpful and has obvious experience in his field. The product I bought is great quality and with Vic’s advice just fell into place on my floor. The end result looks fantastic and I would really recommend CTM and Vic for your flooring needs!

Not too bad. Reasonably helpful but tiles can take a while to come in if you order at the wrong time of the week.Then you get charged an express delivery fee if you want them urgently. Little bit more expensive than Bunnings but has a reasonable selelction and pretty good service.

wow what a great experience compared with all the other flooring outlets....First of all and most importantly the new lighting...it was amazingvery realistic.....the service was outstanding the time and effort takenwas mind-blowing....we will definitely be shopping there again...

There was a miscalculation in the tiles that were ordered. Not our fault . If this happens CTM tiles will not refund. Little sympathy, and the Manager Vic was too gutless to return the call. I was offered by Wendy if I didn’t want the tiles I could drop them off to them Ha Ha

We recently moved to the Central Coast and had a major renovation project which included rebuilding of 2 bathrooms and laundry. CTM flooring have a wonderful range of tiles and accessories. Having little experience, we received invaluable advice from the staff as to the various types and quality of tiles suitable for the required areas, quality and quantity. We were also delighted with the price. There was a lead time for the tiles and throughout that time, CTM staff kept us advised of delivery status. The delivery to the site took place as advised and everything arrived in excellent condition. Subsequent changes were made during construction and we urgently needed an additional quantity of tiles ensuring there would be no colour variation. Working with great efficiency and with significant effort CTM staff were able to secure the additional quantity of the perfectly colour matched tiles from the supplier and ensuring there was no delay to the trades on site work.We are very grateful for all the help and assistance we received from CTM during this renovation project and hope to source our paving requirements from CTM as we commence our outside landscaping project next year. Ctm west gosford are the most helpful and nicest people out of all the tile shop on the central coast. I have been tiling for 28 years and ever since ctm open there great big warehouse i have never turned back in going there to get all my tiling materials. Great service,very clean,great team . I love these people. Would never go anywhere else now.
