Requested their biggest truck (8ton) at no extra costs. Staff was friendly and professional. The moving was done under 2 hours, with my help. Furnitures were carefully protected with blankets.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough! They guys were awesome - and actually took care with all the furniture! Friendly and nothing was an issue, at all! Never want to move again! But if I had to I’d get these guys for sure!

We booked our move for 12 noon. They turned up at 5pm. They were drinking alcohol as they were moving our furniture and urinating in our front yard of our new house.Management, due to them being late, put on an extra man to help with the shift, increasing the hourly rate by $30 an hour without advising us.Absolutely disgusted with their service and the manager Jim, was uncooperative and rude. He used excuses to try to make himself look better and the men shifting our belongings were irrate with him.Jim obviously messed up on the bookings on that day!DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would not recommend this company. I found them to be very unprofessional, unhygienic & not competent in their packing/unpacking of our belongings & furniture. I have scratched & dented furniture & a ruined TV screen. It was my worst removal ever.
