Australian Skin Clinics Robina

I booked a facial weeks in advance to coincide with my school holidays, organising Vacation care for my eldest child and an additional kindy day for my youngest (which is approximately $100 in care). I drove a 30 minute trip to Robina and received a call 40 minutes prior to my appointment saying it was cancelled. I was already waiting outside of the premises when I heard the voicemail (20 minutes prior to appointment). I explained my predicament, detailing how I couldn't easily reschedule and the cost of attending today, only to be notified last minute of a cancellation. Ebony, very rudely, said no worries" after I explained I couldn't reschedule. She clearly wasn't interested in any form of customer satisfaction. Distraught

When I first came into Australia skin clinics I had incredibly damaged skin, with many breakouts, but after being treated by all the ladies here my skin has improved so much! I have so much more confidence to go without makeup now, and my skin feels amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the services I receive from Australia skin clinics and all the ladies make me feel so comfortable.

My experience at Australian Skin Clinic has been great! I have been attending skin appointments there for a few years now and every time I am left pleased with the experience. The girls there are very understanding and listen to my concerns intently. I would recommend the team at Robina to everyone!

All the girls here are well educated and so nice! They describe the process throughout and made me feel comfortable!

I get my Anti wrinkle injections and laser hair removal done at Australian Skin Clinic Robina. The girls are always so professional, lovely, and always do an amazing job.

I'm writing to say congratulations to your company for such a knowledgeable, gentle and talented staff member you have at your Robina store.I get extremely nervous when even thinking about needles however Jenny from the first introductory appointment made sure I knew that I was in goods hands, she understood my feelings and she answered all spoken and unspoken questions. I had previously been to get my lips done and wasn't unhappy with the treatment I got done however possibly could have been a little more gentle with less trauma to the lips however she was not to know how my lips would take.Jenny used her training and obvious experience to find a product and technique that was right for me. Continuously asking if I was okay during the treatment and made sure I knew exactly what was happening, the product she was using and how she was using it.I couldn't have asked for a better experience this time around and will 100% be going back and recommending (So sorry Jenny if you're now going to be worked off your feet).Not to mention all your beautiful staff members at the Robina store who are so welcoming. My Mum and I have a great rapport with all girls and could not speak higher of the customer service and attitudes.Again, congratulations. Great staff are extremely hard to find.Kindest Regards,Amy:)

They do not value loyal customers and do not know the meaning of good customer service. I have been using this clinic for 10 years now and the technicians are nearly always running late. I have waited for up to half an hour. Today when I showed up for my 12:15pm appointment I was told that I was booked for 12:10pm, so they can’t treat me anymore, all day. Tia who was meant to treat me is now on lunch and it’s illegal to ask someone to work on their lunch. But she was sitting at reception. Even though she was meant to be doing my micro. There was no alternative offered.Over the 10 years I have only had 3 people who do a decent job and I always rebook with them but when they leave, I don’t even get a courtesy call to say that the technician has been swapped out. I only find out when I arrive to my disappointment. I am always disappointed with the replacement technician and have to try a few to find another decent one. The last two months Tia and Victoria have told me that Jess has moved down to Melbourne, but as I left this afternoon, the girl on reception with Tia yelled “Jess is at Elanora darl”.I’m not going back and neither is my husband. He has also has issues of being swapped from technician to technician without notice. Today you lose two customers. I’ll find somewhere where the service is consistently a good standard.I notice how all the replies to feedback are anonymous. This lacks integrity.

I’ve recently moved to the Robina area and visited this clinic today and left work early to attend.I waited over 15mins to be seen for laser, and had to ask reception for follow up as I had another appt booked nearby in an hour’s time. Reception advised me that a pigment txt was booked prior to mine and that the Tech usually ran behind with these treatments and that the Tech was now working during her lunch break.When I was eventually seen, the Laser Tech did a poor and very quick treatment and I did not feel it was consistent to the same treatment I have previously received in these areas with other Techs. She didn’t ask any questions about the hair growth or joules I’ve previously had, which have been used many times with the same ASC franchise. After treatment was finished, the Tech advised me I would be charged for the ‘add on’ as ASC policy and prices had changed. When I booked the appt, this was never advised to me after discussing and ensuring the price with reception.After my laser txt, I seen the RN, who was very professional and sympathetic about the wait time however, as we progressed to treatment she made numerous calls to the doctors for over 10mins who never answered which then led her to speak to her Manager for further assistance.Olivia did an amazing job reassuring me and was able to do my treatment after finally getting through to a doctor.I feel disappointed with my experience at this clinic today and the 1 star is for at least getting treated for the money I’ve paid.
