Platypus Shoes Karrinyup

Recieved great customer services by a young gentleman. He appeared to be the only one working the floor and was doing his best to attend to myself and another lady as fast as he could. I fell in love with a pair of Docs that were a little tight. I asked to try the half size up and he explained the 8 was the largest they had. But he could check other stores. He did, there were a pair in Joondalup and Hay Street. I asked if he could have them transfered as my car has died. He said he'd ask, went into the staff area where 2 others were chatting, came back and explained that it was not possible and the manager had said no. He was so apologetic but really Platypus, you don't transfer stock between locations?If the lovely gent hadn't been so attentive this would be a lower rating.

Got to say customer service wasn't great, I went in today intending to buy some new shoes and a guy that help me got me a 2 pairs to try then he left me. I was waiting for a while but he didn't come back to check on me. My husband walked up to the counter to try and find some one as i needed another size but they was no one. So I just left.

Excellent customer service from Peter and Si, wonderful shopping experience. Peter and Si have great product knowledge and sizing of shoes. Love my new Supergas thank you!I returned to the store today 17th September to get another pair of Superga shoes. I called first and Basil kindly put a pair aside for me, when I entered the shop Basil said Supergas on hold for Arlene and promptly went and got them for me. That's what I call excellent customer service skills. Shan served me at the counter and once again proved Platypus employees are very helpful and friendly. Thank you I love shopping at Platypus.

Had such a good experience at both Cockburn and Karrinyup stores to try abs fix a problem I had. Shout out to the girl wearing glasses who was working today, she was the bests.

Good shoes, bad service. Woman just stared at me and I ended up leaving and thanking her for the help. Went to JDS instead and got helped straight away to buy two pairs of shoes.

Bit naff,nowhere near the range of other stores

Nice staff. Very helpful. Helped me return a very disappointing pair of Palladium shoes I bought from the cold and unsympathetic Watertown store.The staff, however, provided me conflicting information as the attendant was trying to sell me shoes, branding them hiking boots"

Only 2 others in store, staff did not acknowledge or come and ask if I needed anything.

Great footwear store, new location, stock my faves, Docs and Timms :).
