Was charged for 10 cards when I only got 6. When I told the owner, he refused to give me a refund. Down right thievery. Avoid this place if you value your money.

The manager of this shop is a rude and unhelpful man. The ladies who work there are delightful, however if they are not available there is no help forthcoming by the manager.

Had a very good experience with the News agency visited on last Sunday , also the staff persons are very helpful and friendly.The store has various types of magazines, gifts cards and also stationary items at a place & also heard that balloons are launching in few days.

The gentleman on the front counter was not interested in helping me. It’s quite frustrating, as a visitor from the sunshine state I was after a Courier Mail, yet couldn’t seem to find one. I explained to the middle aged man on the counter that I was a visitor, to which he couldn’t really care less. It wasn’t until I asked him about his thoughts on Buffalo Bills he started to show interest in my request. From here on, he was quite helpful. The shop also smells a bit…

very poor. The owner is very rude, and unhelpful. He practically yelled at my friend who was trying to get the series of skeletons for her child, which most Newsagents are very helpful with. The shop is a mess, and the staff are bored and unhelpful.

Went to the counter to pay for a notepad and the owner stated a price and I argued that it wasn't the price stated on the other notepads. He still charged me the inflated price so I went and checked the price again. When I told him that he had overcharged me his excuse was It didn't have a price on it

I agree with all the negative reviews as I have had a few bad experiences with them. The latest one being cheated out of the new 25 cent coin when I bought the Sunday Telegraph today specifically so I could get one of the new coins. Just cheats
