I’ve been to this shop twice and both times decided not to proceed with the job since the owner shows rude, knows-it-all and disrespectful attitude towards customers. He is always unwilling to listen to what we’d like to achieve with the art piece and worst of all: was constantly interrupting me and refusing to look at me (female) when I asked him questions and only answered to my (male) partner!!!What a misogynistic grump.You won’t ever have our business, that’s for sure.P.S: the response from the owner shows his attitude towards his business and how he values customers. He believes asking questions for a service you’re going to pay over $700 (and dealing with an invaluable art piece) is a crime. He is also hilarious calling my partner sneaky. He tried to take photo of the code so that we remember what we have discussed with him next time we come into the shop. For this piece we've been to 4 different frame shops and they all have been more than willing to give us written quotes with product numbers specified. It's really sad that the owner is so paranoid and unprofessional that sees this act as sneaky" instead of communicating any concern he may have in a respectful way."

Quality craftsmanship and happy helpful customer service.Phil is a pleasure to deal with, I recently had two pieces framed, he done a beautiful job.He offered his advice and guidance as to what would look best with my art.Even completing the job earlier than expected.Great to support a local business who is passionate about quality!
