Some shelves are empty and stock not there for days and up to week and all they say is shipping problem

One casher is extremely rude who’s about 40s lady and wear glasses . I ask for cash out, then she did wrong operation. At last she said that’s my fault. She asked me to tape my card, then I did it. In the end failed to cash out, she criticized me. Unbelievable.This is not the first time I faced wrong operation for cash out. During the whole time, I asked three time cash out service. One time is successful , two time are unsuccessful . For the other time failed to get cash out, the casher said sorry to me, then i smiled to her and told her No worries. See, people should be respect each other.The lady who i mentioned always complain customer. One time, I was waiting. The lady suspected one old man used the plastic bag of the store. Then the old man explained to the lady and said why you guys always made this mistake. Then when I check out with the lady, she said: old man always like this. Those tons was definitely not kind. Why she is so mean.Anyway I don’t think the attitude of the lady is right. And I know it’s my bad that I don’t get the ball to complain to the manager. ps. Other casher are very nice.I don’t think I will shopping there again. Cause I don’t want to face this kind psychological harm one more time.

Always short or out of stuff,Today no eggs no yoghurt no caster sugar, then you go to Westfield store no such issues.Someone is not doing their job.Let me know if you need help doing ordering.

Terrible customer service everytime I go, have been told to make sure I don't give my 11 year old alcahol, stared down, bag checked all on different occasions!

Worst customer service!! They continually only have one person on the register. You will wait in a massive line of people waiting to check out continually. They rarely open up more than 1 register even though it’s clear they have the staff. But for some reason staff like to pretend they don’t see the massive line that snakes back into the store. They lock the doors before the closing time and even have turned off lights while people were in the stores. It’s literally the worst customer service. I’ve been to many ALDIs and this hands down is the worst. One of the female workers started to operate a leaf blower in the store to try and blow out the dirt out the floor. This is while the store is full of people. Literally rock bottom Full on amateur hour. Don’t go to this store if your looking for quick easy service.

I am sick and tired of spending my money here / the manager is rude and unhelpful and all the staff are disgusting / unhelpful and rude / there is no stock on the shelves / the access is poor as there is no way to enter the parking from the road / I am really starting to run out of places to buy food in this horrible city

We go to ALDI Rydalmere al the time and it's really accessible and it's a good standalone ALDI.As it's standalone, it's really fast to get into and get your items and what you want.I also love the ALDI German Chocolate and I was eating it just before I wrote this review.Great spot and love it!

customers there r rude themselves and disrespectful not only them but the workers too. this one worker assumed I was underage for holding alcohol when im over 18 just because I dont have wrinkles and look young or I dont look as tall as u doesn't mean u can assume my age. I didnt assume ur ethnicity when u clearly look asian I dont know how this store is even existing the meat is off 99% of the time and there was a fly in one of the bread.
