Always acknowledge you when you arrive at the desk, I don’t book, but wait is never long. Always happy with their work. Prices are good. Very little communication or conversation during service though.

This place used to be good a couple of years ago but I went there yesterday and paid $75 for SNS and they drilledmy whole nail beds away!!!! I asked the lady was that necessary? She said “that’s normal” I asked for sns because that’s what is supposed to help your nails stay healthy yet she had basically drilled all of my nail beds down until they became weak and brittle and my nails began hurting because my nail beds were sore from having them drilled down to nothing and this morning not surprisingly one of my nails snapped off .. of course that’s gonna happen when there’s hardly any nail bed to hold onto so now I have sore nails unhealthy nails and snapped nails that I paid $75 for I’m never going back again I’m not even going back and getting them to fix them no way what a joke overpriced and unprofessional

I didn't like the way the acrylic refill was done on my nails, not much in shape to the nails, just really one nail was done good!. She didn’t do the edges well either, some shellac on the edges of some nails is watered or not well painted.I was fine with the service, I spent 50 minutes, not much waiting. Maybe she was in a rush or really doesn’t work polished, and still need to improve her technique, more ye detail.I think it’s the manager or owner who did it to me as she was the one in charge in the front of the business as well.

Really good service! One of the ladies mentioned that they were understaffed, but they were very efficient, excellent attention to detail, really nice energy to be around. I have been a nail biter my whole life, and it didn't make a difference with my service. The pricing is also really good and quite cheap for such a great service. I'll definitely be coming again!!

Went there yesterday to do Pedicure , and gel polish on my hand wasn’t impressed with the job and quality of the the product, charged $80 heaps for really cheap quality nail polish , coming off straight way . Not satisfied with job and product.

My first and last visit to this store. Firstly, shop opened 15min late. So my 9.30 appointment became 9.45. No apologies, shown to my seat then awaited another 5 min by the time they ladies started to organise themselves. I had a photo of the artwork I would have liked, was told it could be done and at an exorbitant cost. Because I wanted this complete look, I agreed to price of $85. For the price, I think I was entitled to be picky, so when I stated the shape was not correct or the acrylic applied was lumpy, I expected this to be rectified. Many times I requested for my nails to be pointy sharp, to have my cuticles tidied up - did I receive this - ah NO, was told they can’t do this. What I got was for ME to use the nail file to shape as requested, the lady said she understood, - and my cuticle on some of my nails are shaped as square.What made matters worse, I pointed out this to the owner, who was also at this stage doing the nail art (NOT), who informs me that with the art, the imperfections won’t show. Well, this raised my hackles and clarified my NO RETURN.The nail art was basic, Black nails with Silver Flames. The flame tips were thick, due to her not using fine art brush. Mentioned 3 times and was told this is her freelancing. I informed and showed the photo of what I am paying for only to be told to leave as Black nails and to go to another salon and do the art work. Wow, if you are unable to do something simple -a) -a good idea is to practice, if your are to be offering your services to paying clientsb) - inform the client you cannot do this, this way they can go elsewhere, and not have to waste money and receive poor service.c) - respect to customers and not continuously talk in your language, especially making me feel talked about, and yes, I’m certain about this as the 2 staff members were moving my fingers around and chatting away.So what have I got to show, Black nails, not properly shaped, have lumps - which are now visible, due to the one colour, wasted few hours sitting in their salon and waste of money.I took a gamble on this salon, even though I read the reviews, yes, even the Negative ones and thought why are they so disappointed. Lesson learnt, there is a reason why NEGATIVE reviews are posted, so don’t ignore. I most certainly won’t be doing this mistake again.

Not one to get my nails done often but I've been here for some acrylics and pedicures recently and I'm walking away happy with the work each time. Friendly service, efficient and attentive to what you specifically want with length, shape, colour etc.

On my last two visits to the salon, I received an SNS manicure and my visit last weekend was a Shellac pedicure. Unfortunately, on both occasions, I came away with damaged nail beds that became infected. This salon used to be much better, but now I won't be going back.

Apologize for this negative review. Service was ver poor.the person who did the pedicure did not even do her job properly. She did not even say a hello when I went . She skipped of few steps in-between. She thought I did not know what a pedicure was. I am a beautician but we can't do pedicure or any beauty service for our self. noisy the staff kept talking talking in their own Vietnamese language or some language that was so disrespectful and annoying. I left the place with a headache and felt my $40 went for waste. Will never ever go for this service to an of these places.

Best set of acrylics i have ever had.Absolutely perfect
