Absolutely horrendous service on Boxing Day. Made us line up for 10 minutes outside the store in a tiny area, packed in like sardines in a tin. When we got to the front of the line we were refused entry to the store because we wanted to do an exchange. I explained we are only in the area on holidays and need to do it today but the staff member refused saying “no returns in Boxing Day”Australian consumer law says no business is allowed to refuse returns simply because they are busy. The law stands regardless and I will be making a complaint.Never will we shop there again.

Went into Robina Ally on Monday just for a browse & was having trouble finding my size for a top I liked, Maddison helped me find my size & was so wonderful! Made my day seeing such great customer service & help!

What a nightmare. Ordered a jacket online that was a size too big. Went to the Robina store and was told they didn’t have my size. Asked if they had one at Pacific Fair and they did. At pacific Fair I was then told I would have to pay an extra $25, as even though I bought it online on sale, it was full price in store and their “policy” even though it was just an exchange. Posit the extra $25. Drove half hour home and realised they’d left the security tag on. So back to Robina I go to get it removed. Will never purchase an item from here again.

Clothes are always dirty, as well as the fitting rooms. Service is so bad, they don’t stop their conversations between each other (which have quite rude and mean content) to greet customers. Only go when I have to get something cheap.

I would literally live in ally if i could, amazing clothes, amazing customer service, amazing prices. I have been to so many clothing stores with such good clothes and u look at them and think “omg that shirts cute” then u look at the price tag and go “nvm its not so cute anymore “ but with ally its even more cute when u look at the price, ally will always be my first stop for clothes.

This is meant to be a zero star...not worth a one star. Firstly the girls here do not have customer service, they do not greet customers with a smile, they are caught up in their own little bubble and you can sense that they are just there working for a bit of cash. Seriously head over to Portmans and get some customer service skills girls.

Shop assistant too busy chatting to 2 customers before me when she had a queue and was very rude to me when I politely asked if she could please hurry up a bit as I had been waiting for quite some time. She said it was called customer service! They were chatting about where they had both worked before, nothing to do with the sale. Won’t go there again! No time for idle chit chat when you are the only assistant there and you have people waiting!

We were in the store more than 15 minutes and we were not approached by staff at all even when my daughter went to use the change room. About 15 other people were in the store and I didnt see the staff approach any of them either. Management need a good kick up the arse and training on Customer service.
