Australia Post - Chapel Street North LPO

In my whole life in Australia, I have never come across such friendly, supportive, patient and humble customer service. Both employees were so lovely supportive, and willing to help my mother sort out her passport application paperwork that I was completely lost for words. Huge thank you to both of you for your humanity and for giving my Greek mother a taste of the beautiful Australian hospitality. Thank you!

Very helpful team at this post office. They go out of their way to make sure you got the right information. I regularly send things domestically and internationally, the staff are great at helping me fill the documents required. They know all the locals by name and that’s a nice touch!

This is the best post office I know of.There are genuine people who help with actual care.They are kind people & deserve all the best.I have always been looked after with kindness & genuine assistance. The change in all Australia Post to the Chapel St location despite confusing at first to find was a good one. There’s no angry man working there, instead a very helpful one was able to save me money on my selection of packages and didn’t make me wait back in the line again like the Toorak Post Office. It’s a very busy and confusing to find anything inside the post office, but there’s an improvement there.

The staff are beyond friendly and helpful and make my Saturday mornings. They have created a beautiful atmosphere and provide above the standard for customer service.

Chapel Street North LPO has been my local for many years now and despite moving areas, I still prefer to use this specific location! Staff are always friendly, fast and helpful and they always go above and beyond to help. Thank you!!

Such kind, knowledgeable staff! They Always have patience and time to explain anything. The products they have stoked in the store are absolutely fantastic! The last 4 birthday presents I needed to got there and always have new things for any occasion. Even when they are busy they always have 3 staff members on and I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. I went the other day and the staff member pulled aside a elderly man help set up a card he just purchased, he didn’t have a Apple Store for the app and get getting overwhelmed. He didn’t need to do this but to take the time to give a few minutes to help this man just shows how caring the staff are. :-)

Lovely team, always friendly and helpful even when they are busy. This post office is well tidy and your postal needs are easy to find. Big bonus, they are dog friendly!

Out of all the post office I have been to, this is the only one that has great customer service and extremely helpful! The staffs are friendly and will go out their way to help you with shipments, parcel locker and so on. Even though I moved away from the area, I still go out of my way to this post office for anything.
