My first time trying Broaster Chicken and it was just okay. Not highly stunned by the food and serving time was something they need to look into. It took exactly 24 minutes for a burger and chicken peice to be served for single person. Wasn't busy either at the time - I assume there would be 3 or 4 more orders along with mine.Parking can also be a issue there - took me decent amount of time to find a spot even though it wasn't a busy hour.

Taste good but slow because they cook by orders——I don’t think it is a competitive advantage. It is not a good business strategy.Extra staffs just standing here.Your labour cost should be high.There exists potential opportunities to improve efficiency.I highly recommend the management to reconsider whether ‘cook by fresh’ is a good choice.If you could run as a real fast food restaurant, more customers, more orders, more efficiency, more success.

Although there was a little wait to receive our food however after a chunk we realised it was worth waiting and it is understandable as it’s their first day. The crew seemed to be excited to offer their customers the best chicken. They only opened their doors for trading at about 4pm and people were lined up already. Great place to be at, if you haven’t already been to this place, get down there now, to enjoy your meal.The place is absolutely immaculate and plenty of space to dine in. Several carpark spaces are also available right at the front of the shop for customer’s convenience.Will be going there quite frequently for sure.

You need to order and pick up as they cook the chicken as it's ordered.We found it to be quite yummy, chips were hot but give the coleslaw a miss.We will go back, parking is an issue in Gungahlin.

Ordered a Burger Yum box. The soft drink was supposed to be cold and rest of items at good temperature but instead the chips were too salty, seems cooked hours ago, burger and chicken tender were also too cold. Very poor food quality. Unfortunately I have to throw the food out. It wasn't edible.

Not too bad. Ordered a burger (spicy) box with chips, a tender and gravy.Burger was good, slight spice (think all in the sauce), while the chips weren’t too bad, could have been cooked smidge longer, but there were good; not awesome. Tender was nice and crunchy, as were the tenders in the burger. Burger was big, and could have done with a third tender. Would have made it a very good burger.

I have eaten here many times and I have to say it is great chicken. I personally think the tenders are the best also the chips+gravy taste great with the price not too high.One order they made a mistake but fixed it with no issue. Highly recommended

Tried to order via Deliveroo who cancelled my order claiming the store was closed when it was open.Drove there myself and it was open. Despite some of the reviews, only waited a minute to be served, food came out within 5 minutes, was all cooked nicely and fresh. My only complaint was that there was too much sauce on the burger, which given they use a tender rather than a whole fillet, this combined with too much sauce can make the burger hard to eat.The chicken was crunchy, well cooked and tasted nice, chips were nicely cooked with lots of chicken salt and loved the garlic sauce, just like El Jannah in Sydney make. Would go again, but don't even bother trying to park here, just park down the street and walk.
