Crystal Car Wash

Literally the worst car wash iv ever used in my life. Scratches up both sides of my car and car not even close to being clean dirt still all over the car. Got conned into buying the membership and just went for the second wash today and my car is now damaged. Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs

Was my first time going to this car wash I pay $25 just for the outsideWhen they called me to go get my car, I was shocked. There was still so on the front on the grill. I told him about this, and he just wiped it with her microfibre cloth.Then I showed him they didn’t clean the bumper properly. There was still dirt on it and he just wiped it again not caring if he’s going to scratch the paint. I walked around to the back of the car and things were not good. There is well there was all dirt left around my numberplate looks like they couldn’t be bothered bending down to wipe the back bumper, I told him about it he was just going to wipe it with the microfibre cloth. I said don’t worry about it till I was not happy. He told me I can go complain insidePersonally, I had a very bad experience and will not be coming back

I Have used Crystal Car wash for years ,I went to the car wash on Saturday 27th May in the late Afternoon and it was Not busy people standing around waiting for business to come in. I had the usual just the outside wash, tire black, the car went through came out they dried it. I had a coffee and a cake which I had not finished and they called my name as the car was finished I Didn't do the walk around inspect because usually it is fantastic.I was driving home and looked in my outside drivers side mirror and it was still Dirty my front windscreen where the wipers don't reach was still dirty and the back window still had the dirt where the wipers don't reach I pulled over to have another inspection and lots of things where missed I took it back and spoke to the guy that books it in and showed him all the spots that were not just missed at the wash cycle but were missed at the end detail cycle they put it through again No Charge but this time I inspected it when it came out still the same things NOT Cleaned and finished OFF Detailed. Very Disappointed as I have taken Not just my work vehicles but also my private cars there for years.I Understand you can have a bad day but I went back twice .Paul .

Went in for a $55 in & out clean. Dude wanted to charge me $10 extra for a large car. Now I’m driving a hilux with a tray on the back so it’s literally half a car and he refused to budge.So I said ok just the vacuum. Sorry no package that is only vacuum.Employee just let $55 walk out of a business because he doesn’t have a brain. Glad I’m not the business owner

So disappointed with the service here today, took my car in for a wash n go at $54, my car was reasonably clean on arrival but I wanted it extra clean as a buyer was collecting. I literally sat down for my coffee and they said it was done, no more than five minutes. I don’t think they did anything apart from a quick exterior wash and quick interior wipe with a cloth, none of the interior doors had been cleaned and it was barely any different. I asked them to do some more which they did but the bare minimum. Afraid I cannot recommend.

Large sign states $19.00 for a basic 4 minute car wash yet each time in last few months I was charged $22.00!This is duping customers on false advertising which is illegal although a small sign was visible as one drives out from the car wash but not visible behind bushes on the way in!!Also, the corners of windows are not cleaned and still dusty and the inside edges of doors are not wiped clean nor dried whereas previously they did, presumably with different owners as the name of business had changed.Not impressed when we have to instruct the attendants how to do their jobs!!Over time, car not shiny as when previous owners were there so washed it myself and still couldn't remove all the greasy liquid they used.NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!

By far the worst car wash I have experienced! This is not a hand car wash. Take a look out the back, it's a drive through carwash with spinning brushes that ruin your car. It's a hand dry at best.To make it worse the service is horrible! The guys who serve you are rude, demanding and mostly standaround watching.

Save your money.$81 for a work van wash $10 extra for the size.Looks to me it has become a volume wash rather than quality. Which is fine if you charge accordingly. Obviously for this price it is expected to clean the hand prints and the spiderwebs. Bird poo to be wiped off and the streaky window is not accepted. Had to finish myself at home.Won’t get me again for sure.

Used to be $40 for a basic wash, but has gone up to $55. Plus had to pay $10 extra for a “big” car even though I just have a Hyundai Tucson. Had to finish cleaning off at home. Left dirt streaks on back door and didn’t vacuum out boot or kids car seats. The rest of the car was well cleaned though and they were friendly.

Tried this place twice now - bought the in and out wash for $60 both times. The outside wash is fine but the interior was unsatisfactory both times. Floors/carpets/console still dirty and the boot wasn’t touched.
