Just spent 3 weeks in SWR. After more than 15 years of staying there, we decided to change from our usual unit to one managed by Elders. We are glad we made the move. From first booking this unti until handing the keys back in their service has been amazing. The staff are friendly, very professional and nothing is a bother to them. Thanks so much to the staff of Elders for such a great experience, would recommend you to anyone.

Very very helpful...had small problem with holiday unit repaired same day..

My 65 year old mother and her friend were staying at a short term rental property managed by Elders. She received a phone call on the second last morning of her stay from Heath Askew stating that they had a prospective buyer for the property that needed to see it immediately and they had to leave for them to have a look. Initially they asked for Mr Askew to just show the property the following morning or the morning after, however Mr Askew insisted and promised to compensate my mother and her friend with $180 (the price of one night's stay) if they were able to show the property immediately. They agreed and Mr Askew was able to show the property that morning.The following morning my mum went to Elders Real Estate and approached Mr Askew asking for the $180 that was promised her - he told her to just email him her bank details and he would send the money. She did this once she was home and instead of just paying the money that he agreed to pay he instead told her that he'd be unable to pay her the money because she'd booked through booking.com. This was a blatant lie because she'd called up Elders months prior and booked directly through the company over telephone. Despite several more emails from my mum, Lord Askew continues to refuse to pay the measly $180.I think this exchange speaks volumes about the type of individual Heath is. I'd be extremely wary of doing business with Aspew - because if he can scum a 65 year old retired nurse out of $180 - I can only imagine what he'd be willing to do when a few more zeroes are on the line.
