The new younger crew are terrible and have no understand of people's situations . Its like they look down on you because they have a job and you dont . This is ridiculous. I'd rather not send my daughter to these young niave people . And have her at another agency.Thank you and no thank you

Encouraged me to quit by reliable job to work in sales and for commision, tried to take credit for finding me a job when they didn't, and consistently gave me incorrect information on my expectations, which lead to payments being cut multiple times. Often I would be scheduled for an appointment and when I showed up would be told you don't need to be here

Dont help anyone who asks for help really poor service for employment providers. Kez and Kaitlyn are the only ones worth employing. Company manager is pathetic with helping her clientele.

Was told i had my appointment between 4pm-5pm today. Was called at 4:50pm and missed my call but called back immediately. I have tried to call 10 times with no answer and i'm almost certain i was hung up on multiple times. Absolutely disgusting. On a separate note, i am Nundah's client, not Beenleigh's so why is Nundah not calling me? If this results in a note on my Job Seeker or a cancellation of my funds i will be having words with a supervisor.

Bloody useless people; they don’t help anyone in need, they seem to always be on a break when you call up, they seem to not be able to see you when you are running late to an appointment despite no other customer being there. Honestly if you can help it, just don’t go through Max Employment because they will just screw you around.
