Not even going to go in too much detail. Because all was needed was common sense I've made my way down 500m on crutches sitting there with 4 staff in there doing nothing for 30 minutes while my brother was getting his eyebrows done, not even asked once after my brother made a booking, blatantly lied to our face saying it was one booking when i, myself and my mother and my brother's girlfriend heard the booking for two. Service is usually good but make sure you say the booking loud and clear so you arent left sitting there without a word.

Carla, Liv & team are wonderful. My eyebrows have never looked better after years of sketchy services elsewhere, and I have had fantastic results with facials and lash lifts. Haven’t had one issue with bookings in the 12 months I have been visiting. Highly recommend this team!

Booked for two. Only could do one person,Even though there were 4 staff & the owner. Was walked by multiple times & ignored.No manners whatsoeverOwner acts as if she is higher then everyone else as if - we’re peasants.It’s unfortunate because it genuinely a nice atmosphere & was before new owners took over.

I have been here a few times for waxing and can confirm this place is 5 stars! I have always had bookings with Liv and she’s a fantastic beauty therapist, not to mention she provides the best customer service and always makes me feel so welcome, comfortable, and looked after. Will definitely be getting a facial from here soon :))

The waxing done at this salon is extremely poor with big patches of hair left. They also did not do what was asked. I had to get it redone at another salon as i wont be going back there. Not worth the price. Very disappointed

Had a lovely experience here with Ashlin. Super warm and inviting and wonderful at what she does. She’s a perfectionist and it shows in the results! Never been so happy with a brow wax and tint. Will be back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
