We recently worked with Louis Carr to sell our property in Glenhaven, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite marketing the property for several months, they were unable to attract any good offers. They only managed to bring in one offer, which later turned out to be problematic due to their failure to conduct proper due diligence on the buyer. Moreover, Louis Carr also mishandled the deposit, failing to secure it properly, which caused unnecessary stress and complications. Overall, we are not satisfied with their performance and would not recommend their services to others.

We have rented with Louis Carr for five years now and what a fantastic team they are!I just had to write a review as I am so impressed with the exceptional service from the team and I have to especially mention our property manager Jacqueline Dimech. We recently had to move house and down size. Jacqueline was just amazing with us. She certainly went the extra mile with us ,finding us the right property and offering to help wherever she could to make the move as easy as possible for myself and the kids.Jacqueline is professional, personable , kind and a compassionate person.
