My music lessons are super fun and I’m always excited for my next lesson

Terrible. Lack accountability, refused to ask questions: did not want to provide their ABN. In Australia, if a company does not supply the ABN when invoicing, you only pay 49% of the invoice. Even saying that my questions were outside the scope of the lessons. I find this reckless and lacking responsibility to be clear about the business. Amber did not disclose if the teachers had police checks, or if the teachers had public liability insurance. Fees are less than $40 per HR, how much planning & time does the teacher put in to be paid for the work, training they did to get less than that. When I asked what percentage the teachers get... This was held back. So if you want to go to learn, seek openness and transparency as I did not find that Amber's Music Lessons provided it. I was even asked if I was really wanting lesson's. If something happened to you at a lesson, you don't know prior to walking in the room if the teacher has insurance...or if the company covers the teachers. Is this acceptable for you /or your child... It was not for me.

Amber gave our son violin lessons. She is fantastic. She is engaging, encouraging, explain things clearly and is funny. He loved going. Can only highly recommend
