BE AWAREI Feel guilty to rate this thing with one star as it should be ZERO !!! They organised the purchase of my c300 2017 car with a comprehensive insurance. They are absolutely highly not recommended from all aspects. I had an incident where someone break into my car through the rear seat window, opened the car and burglared all my belongings. Incedent was reported to police as they attended the scene and invistigated the theft incident. I lodged a clam to the insurance combined with the police tbedt report. The QBE-Mercedes refused to fix the car unless i pay exxess fees of $1995 or alternatively to provide police report with charges.The funny think when the police attended to tbe scene the investigator officer was shocked as the security alarm did not come off neither when they break the windows nor when the opened the car for without key! Also an independent specialised mechanic confirmed the faulty.I went to Mercedes Benz fairfield they denied any faulty and they refused to repaire the car.I recoreded a vedio to evidence the faulty before handing them the keys .. they did not even day for the taxi ... so unprofessional and highly not recommended ..Vedio might be published later on youtube or provided to court as an evidence.

The great experience with our car started from the purchase. We have got our GLE 450 3 months ago, and the sales team in 3-point Fairfield provided very professional service, Guang and James are wonderful, and with their help, our purchase experience was flawless. Highly recommend this dealership if you considering purchasing a MB.

Guang Lan Xu is an absolute superstar and if you want exceptional customer service then find this guy! We started our journey 6-months ago and despite putting him through delays whilst we had to do other things before purchasing, Guang continued to be committed to collaborating, keeping us updated of the status of current vehicles, worked on his days off to accommodate us and even took calls from a family vacation on the Gold Coast! Guang has a very empowering approach to sales, was never pushy or direct and took us on a journey for us to ultimately get our Mercedes. He has an incredible memory, remembered everything through our stint together and deserves massive kudos. He even changed our number plates when we didn't like the number 4 in it.I would also highly recommend doing finance with Mercedes as they proved way more competitive than the banks! And Trent who works as their Finance Guy made the process extremely easy and pain-free.And don't forget Robert who taught us with a demo on how to use the vehicle. Mercedes needs to give him his own You Tube channel on doing instructional videos.Again, find Guang - he is the BEST!

Since picking my car up from having a service I’m hearing a lot of noise especially from the brakes when this never occurred before I bought the car in , I have tried to ring several times and I am told that someone will call me back and still waiting , it’s been over a week , I’m not very happy at all and will not be returning to this service centre .

Returned a part to them early November.Was told refund will be processed in 3-5 days. It’s been a months and a half and nothing. I called them up and they have said they returned the money to the wrong person and they’ll get it sorted. I call up for an update and it just seems they are dodging my calls. Couldn’t have had a worse experience so far.
